Tom Miglin

Thomas Miglin has extensive experience with NASA since January 1990, currently serving as the Service Executive for Communications, overseeing the budget and policy for the core network infrastructure. Previous roles include Computer Engineer, where Miglin contributed to the agency's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program, and ICAM Manager at Johnson Space Center, coordinating ICAM efforts. As a LAN/WAN Engineer and IP Video Lead, Miglin led streaming video initiatives, and as an Aerospace Technologist, managed Space Station missions. Miglin additionally served as Deputy Chief of the Project Management and Technical Integration Office, focusing on IT project management and customer relationship strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management of Information from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
