T.J. Sartwell has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries.
Starting in 2009, Sartwell served in the United States Air Force as a Pararescueman and later as an Operations Manager. During this time, they successfully completed special forces training programs and led teams in high-stakes rescue missions and combat operations.
In 2013, Sartwell transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as the Assistant Manager of Operations at Patriot Movers, where they led a regional marketing campaign and supervised a team of contract employees.
Sartwell then joined Walmart Pharmacy in 2014 as a Pharmacy Project Lead. T.J. quickly advanced to a certified technician role and later became a technician supervisor, overseeing 14 technicians and providing training to pharmacy leaders in a two-state region.
In 2017, Sartwell joined GEORGE E WAHLEN VA as an Operations Project Manager. T.J. held multiple roles within the organization, including Operations Manager & Analyst, Regional Environmental Health Director, and Covid Operations Strategy Manager. T.J. directed the Medicine Services program management and had 11 direct report employees.
Sartwell joined Collective Health in 2020 as a Software Implementation Consultant, where they utilized their expertise to assist in implementing software systems.
In the same year, Sartwell also worked at Henry Schein One as a Senior Project Manager. T.J. managed client quality metrics, improved process effectiveness and efficiency, and implemented risk mitigation strategies.
