Arnold Golub serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Nasdaq since April 1997, bringing extensive legal expertise to the role. Prior to this position, Arnold worked as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Chief Counsel for Financial Institutions & Products at the Internal Revenue Service from 1992 to 1997. Arnold earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University between 1989 and 1992 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from American University from 1986 to 1989.
