Jonathan Cayne

Jonathan Cayne is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the securities and investment management sectors. Currently serving as Principal Associate General Counsel at Nasdaq since August 2004, Jonathan previously held the position of Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP from April 1998 to July 2004. Earlier in their career, Jonathan was Senior Counsel in the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from March 1995 to March 1998, and worked as an Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP between 1987 and 1991. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
