Mollie O'Brien

Mollie O’Brien is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of People, Planning & Partnerships at Nasdaq since September 2019. In this role, Mollie leads the global HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition organization, providing primary HR support to people managers and employees worldwide. Prior to Nasdaq, Mollie held several senior positions at Accenture, including Senior Vice President of Global Rewards and Managing Director of North America Performance and Rewards. Experience also includes leadership roles at BASF, AOL, and Time Inc., where Mollie focused on compensation, performance management, and total rewards strategies. Mollie began their career at Burson-Marsteller as an HR Associate. Mollie holds a BFA in Dance Performance from The Ohio State University.
