Erik Peña

Erik Peña has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Associate Consultant for ITIM Associates in 1998. Erik then moved to The Advisory Board Company in 2000 as an Associate Director, followed by a role as Practice Manager at Campbell Alliance in 2003. In 2004, they became a Senior Consultant for Strategic Decisions Group (SDG), and two years later they were a Senior Vice President, Investment Banking M&A for Brown Brothers Harriman. In 2013, Peña took the role of Senior Director, Corporate Development for Solazyme, and in 2015 they became Global Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets. In 2016, they were appointed Head of Corporate Development, Managing Director for Silicon Valley Bank. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Aumni, Inc. as a Board Member and in 2021 they became Chief Revenue Officer and SVP, Head of Corporate Development, Business Development, and Strategy for Nasdaq Private Market.

Erik Peña received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Erik also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Georgetown University, where they studied Biology and Psychology. Erik Peña graduated from Regis High School.
