Claire Taggart

Claire Taggart is a skilled conservator with extensive experience in art conservation, currently serving at the Nasher Sculpture Center since August 2019. Claire's previous roles include the Samuel H. Kress Post-graduate Fellowship in Contemporary Art Conservation at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden and a Graduate Fellowship at Winterthur/University of Delaware. Additional internships at notable institutions such as Tate, SFMOMA, and the Smithsonian Institution have further enriched Claire's expertise. Claire holds a Master of Science in Art Conservation from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting/Drawing from California College of the Arts.
