Katherine Degen

Katherine Degen serves as the Director of Human Resources at Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism since May 2016. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance from September 2009 to May 2015, including District Operations Trainer, where support was provided to district leadership and store employees in implementing new systems, and developing pharmacy technicians. At Walgreens from November 1999 to September 2009, Katherine was the Market Management/Pharmacy Recruiter, focusing on recruitment strategies for Market 16, and also functioned as District Pharmacy Training Coordinator. Additionally, Katherine was a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician. Katherine's experience in academia includes serving as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Stony Brook University from September 2003 to June 2007, where curriculum development and pharmacy management instruction were provided to graduate students.
