Russell Neufeld has extensive work experience in the software development industry. Russell started their career at IBM in 1993 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 1996. Russell then moved on to Natural Intelligence, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 1996 to 1997. Russell then joined Microsoft as a Consultant from 1997 to 1998.
