RJ Holder is a seasoned professional in digital product management, currently serving as Senior Director at NAF since November 2024. Previously, as Director of Product Management at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from October 2022 to November 2024, RJ focused on product development and AI integration to enhance educational tools for staff. As the Founder and Product Mentor at Join Fair Play, established in December 2019, RJ leads efforts to advance diversity and inclusion in software development through training and talent development. RJ's early career includes teaching math at Fulton County Schools and a role as Group Leader/Product Manager at Target.
