Donna Christian

Donna Christian is currently the Director of Business Process Solutions at NASCO since April 2006. Prior to this role, Donna worked as the Director of Business Services Delivery Unit (BSDU) at the same company, and also as a Manager of Systems Development at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1985 to 2006. Donna holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Orange. Throughout their career, Donna has been involved in various roles related to claims adjudication, quality initiatives, and providing operational support for large accounts.
