Pamela Wright

Chief Innovation Officer at National Archives

Pamela Wright is the current Chief Innovation Officer at National Archives. Pamela has over 30 years of experience in the field of historical research. Pamela started their career in July of 1991 as a Research Pamela'storian for Pamela'storical Research Associates, Inc. Pamela supervised and conducted extensive research in records at various federal, state and local repositories, including the National Archives, the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian Archives, various state historical societies, and the District of Columbia Pamela'storic Preservation Office. Pamela has also provided numerous presentations on historical research to Department of Justice and Department of the Interior. In November of 2001, they developed and maintained database for tracking research and produced reports from database queries. Pamela also managed and oversaw the Washington, D.C., branch of the office.

Pamela Wright has a Project Management Master's Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business and Bachelor's degrees in English and history from the University of Montana.

They work with Gary M. Stern - General Counsel, Colleen Murphy - CFO, and Scott Levins - Director, National Personnel Records Center St. Louis. Their manager is Debra Steidel Wall, Acting Archivist of the United States.
