Carlos Guerra II

Carlos Guerra II is a Senior Program Manager at the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders, overseeing the Equitable Neighborhood Development program. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Senior Planner at the City of San Antonio, managing sub-area plans as part of the SA Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan. Carlos also served as a City Planner at the City of Harlingen, where Carlos provided advisory services on Planning & Zoning and implemented the city's comprehensive plan.
