Victoria Marchand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health policy and Indigenous advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the National Association of Friendship Centres since October 2022, Victoria previously held key positions such as Health Policy Manager at the Indigenous Primary Health Care Council and Anti-Racism & Cultural Safety roles at the Provincial Health Services Authority. Victoria has also contributed to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and served as Coordinator at the Mashkawazìwogamig Indigenous Resource Centre. Victoria's leadership experience includes being the President of the Canadian Nursing Students' Association and serving as Director for both the Canadian Nurses Association and the Canadian Nursing Students' Association.
