NAWDP is the leading advocate for workforce development professionals through our focus on our three brand pillars: connect, advance, and innovate.

NAWDP members are drawn from: workforce investment boards; America’s Job Centers; community and career colleges; military bases; youth employment programs; corporations; faith and community-based organizations; and more. 

NAWDP members work directly with businesses and corporations, adult job seekers, youth, and priority populations. Priority populations include ex-offenders, migrant farm workers, senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, military veterans, the homeless, and others who experience barriers to employment.
