Kenquane Eyseyo, MHRM, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and public relations. They began their career as an Advance Placement Program Counselor at St. Cloud State University from June 2010 to July 2012.

In 2013, Kenquane worked as a Community Relations Intern for the Minnesota Twins from March to October, and as a Human Resources Associate at Aerotek, the largest staffing and recruiting company in the U.S., from December 2013 to February 2016.

From February 2016 to July 2017, Kenquane served as a Human Resources Representative at Randstad Technologies US. Subsequently, they joined the Hankey Group, a conglomerate of seven companies, where they worked as a Generalist from November 2017 to July 2018, and later as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from August 2018 to September 2019.

Kenquane then transitioned to The People Concern, a social services agency, where they began as a Human Resources Business Partner in September 2019 and advanced to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner from April 2021 to September 2022.

Currently, Kenquane holds the position of Regional Human Resources Business Partner at the National Audubon Society, providing strategic direction and support to leadership and employees in various human resources functional areas.

Throughout their career, Kenquane has demonstrated expertise in areas such as culture, compensation, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent planning, hiring/selection, and providing strategic and technical advice to support operational success.

Kenquane Eyseyo, MHRM, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree from Ashford University in 2020. Prior to that, Eyseyo completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies - Organizational Leadership from St. Cloud State University in 2014. Additionally, Eyseyo obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2021.
