Mps-Hrer Charldaysha Robinson

Charlie Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Charldaysha ‘Charlie’ is currently working at the National Audubon Society as a Senior Manager, Benefits Administration, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Manager, Benefits Administration at the same company from October 2020 to July 2023. Before their time at the National Audubon Society, Charlie worked as a Benefits Specialist at Pride Global from May 2017 to October 2020. Charldaysha ‘Charlie’ also gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Kering from January 2015 to May 2017 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Gucci from January 2013 to December 2014. Charlie began their career as an Executive Assistant at Newark Community Health Centers, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2012. Charldaysha ‘Charlie’ then transitioned to a position as HR Administrative Assistant/ Payroll Coordinator at Delaware North Companies from February 2010 to November 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Assistant at the Department of Public Works from June 2006 to September 2009 and at TCNJ from September 2006 to May 2009.

Charldaysha ‘Charlie’ Robinson, MPS-HRER obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology & Justice Studies from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued their Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University.
