Kaye Lynch-Sparks

Kaye Lynch-Sparks is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and policy matters. Serving as Director and Counsel at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) since November 2018, Kaye previously held the position of Regulatory and Policy Specialist at ICF from January 2017 to December 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at The Clark Group LLC from November 2013 to January 2016 and as a Legal Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives in early 2013. Kaye holds a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on International law from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and has an educational background from Appalachian State University.
