Lisa Swiderski

Lisa Swiderski holds extensive leadership experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board and HR Committee Chair at Interac Corp. since December 2019, and as a Canadian Advisory Board Member for Visa and Mastercard. With a longstanding tenure at the National Bank of Canada since 2009, Lisa oversees a vast Canadian distribution strategy encompassing over 400 branches and 5,000 employees, as well as a considerable project portfolio and credit risk management initiatives. Previous roles include Vice-President positions in various financial operations and risk management capacities, and a tenure at PSP Investments as Vice-President of Internal Audit and Compliance. Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from HEC Montréal.
