Youssef El-Assal

Youssef El-Assal has extensive work experience in the banking and real estate sectors. Youssef started their career at Groupe Crédit Agricole in 2008, where they served as the Head of Real Estate until 2016. Youssef then joined LEEDS Corp as an Executive Director in 2016 before moving to the National Bank of Kuwait in 2017. At the National Bank of Kuwait, they initially served as the Head of Business Support Services and Engineering Division until 2022, and they then transitioned to the role of Head of Business Support Services, Engineering, and Real Estate Investment Division.

Youssef El-Assal has a postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Youssef also holds an Msc degree in Architecture from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they completed from 1987 to 1993. In addition, Youssef has obtained certifications in Digital Transformation, Banking Systems and Operations Framework, Professional Certificate in Banking Credit and Credit Risk Management, and PMP certificate.
