Neil Ryan

Neil Ryan has a robust background in network engineering, with current experience as a Senior Engineer Access at National Broadband Ireland since November 2020. Prior to this role, Neil spent nearly a decade at BT, where responsibilities included serving as a DWDM Network Optimisation Engineer focusing on network operations and 2nd line support from October 2011 to November 2020. Earlier at BT, Neil held the position of Senior Network Health Engineer from 2006 to December 2010, where duties encompassed Layer 1 DWDM & SDH platform migration, repairs, and network consolidation in addition to 3rd line support for core transmission networks. Neil also worked as a NOC engineer earlier in their tenure at BT.
