L’Toya Strickland Smith

L’Toya Strickland Smith has ten years of experience in early childhood education and promoting literacy and language development among families. Before joining NCFL, L’Toya worked as the lead teacher at Community Action of Southern Indiana and at the Gardner School of Louisville in Kentucky. She has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Middle Tennessee State University.
