Andrew D. Martin MA BBA DipMktg CSM has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service and Foreign Exchange Agent at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) from 1996 to 2001. Andrew D. then advanced to a Business Development, Credit Administration, and Credit Officer position at the same company from 2001 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as preparing Bank of Jamaica Returns, generating new business, managing credit correspondence, and processing securities documentation.

From 2013 to 2017, Andrew worked as a Loan Underwriter at NCB, before moving on to become an Acting Team Leader from 2016 to 2017. Andrew D. then took on the role of a Product Owner from 2017 onwards, followed by an Agile Business Lead position. As an Agile Business Lead, Andrew led an innovative and dynamic team responsible for driving sales and improving customer experience at NCB.

In 2018, Andrew also served as an Independent Auditor for Miss Universe Jamaica. Overall, Andrew D. Martin has a wealth of experience in the banking and financial industry, with a strong focus on business development, credit administration, and agile project management.
