Bridgett Graham

Bridgett Graham, MSW, serves as the Manager of Financial Empowerment at the National Disability Institute, where responsibilities include coordinating a team to provide financial independence support to youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previous experience includes roles as a Financial Coach and Lead Economic Mobility Caseworker at Crisis Assistance Ministry, where inter-disciplinary collaboration with case managers was a key focus. Bridgett has also worked as a Residential Counselor II at New Hope Carolinas, providing direct care to residents with behavioral challenges, and completed internships at Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, Columbia Area Mental Health, and the Department of Juvenile Justice. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Columbia College, as well as an Associate's degree in Human Services from Midlands Technical College.
