David Rhydderch has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career with Moore Stephens as an Audit and Business Services professional, completing their ICAEW training contract. Later, they worked with Bentley Jennison as an Audit & Business Services professional. David then joined Caparo PLC as a Financial Accountant, gaining experience in global manufacturing and engineering products. At Caparo Precision Strip Limited, they served as the Divisional Financial Controller, overseeing the management of unit accountants and playing a key role in various projects aimed at reducing costs. David then became the Financial Controller at UKDN Waterflow, a company specializing in drainage services. During their tenure, the company experienced significant growth and acquisition. David further honed their financial management skills at Openreach, first as a Finance Manager - Business and Corporate Delivery, and later as a Senior Finance Manager - Infrastructure Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for financial planning, business partnering, and strategy implementation. David'smost recent role is with National Express LTD, where they currently hold the position of Head of Finance - Service Delivery.

David Rhydderch obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to their university education, they attended Fairfax School from 1991 to 1999. In November 2006, they obtained the certification of FCA from the ICAEW.
