Erin Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Erin started their career as a Marketing Intern at SustainU in 2013, where they were responsible for running and following up on a national collegiate clothing drive. Erin also created relationships with Planet Aid, recruited schools, wrote press releases, created promotional posters, and wrote professional emails. Erin demonstrated skills in Excel, time management, and working independently and in group settings.

After their internship, Erin worked as a Summer Associate Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Carolyn Elefant in 2015, assisting with legal matters during the summer months. Erin then joined the District Department of Energy and Environment in 2016 as a Legal Assistant, supporting the legal team from January to August.

In 2017, Erin became a Senior Associate Attorney at Hall & Associates, where they worked until 2022. Erin'srole involved handling legal matters and providing assistance as a senior associate.

Most recently, Erin joined the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in 2022 as the Director of IDEA (Impact-Directed Environmental Accounts), a role they currently hold.

Additionally, Erin had an educational role at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo during the summers of 2010 to 2012, where they contributed to the education department.
