Lori Okamoto

Lori Okamoto has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Lori began their career in 2001 as an Applications Engineer for Altera Corporation, where they provided technical support to customers and assisted Field Application Engineers in resolving customer issues. In 2002, they joined Creative Labs as an Applications Engineer in the OEM Division, providing sole technical support to OEM accounts and Creative System Integrator accounts. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at MadCap Software, Inc. as a Product Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Most recently, they have been a Technical Product Manager at BitTitan since 2021, leading and managing priorities for a team of software developers and quality assurance engineers.

Lori Okamoto obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 2000. Lori has also obtained numerous certifications, including a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in January 2023, a Google Cloud Digital Leader Training from Coursera in November 2022, a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Google Career Certificates in October 2022, a Google Project Management Certificate from Google Career Certificates in October 2022, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in September 2022, a Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate from Google Career Certificates in July 2022, a Scrum Master Certification Specialization from LearnQuest in January 2022, a Software Product Management Specialization from University of Alberta in January 2022, an Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera in December 2021, an Introduction to Machine Learning from Coursera in May 2021, and an Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python from Coursera in December 2013.
