Nemma Awol

Nemma Awol is a seasoned compensation analyst with extensive experience in the human resources field. Currently serving as a Sr Compensation Analyst at the National Geographic Society since March 2022, Nemma has previously held pivotal roles such as Sr Compensation Consultant at Inova Health System and Sr Total Rewards Specialist at SHRM.
