JD Osman has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in marketing and sales. JD has worked at multiple companies including National Heritage Academies, Amway, Novartis, and Nestlé Nutrition North America. At National Heritage Academies, JD served as the Director of Growth Marketing / Admissions, where they were responsible for developing data-driven strategies, improving the customer journey, and increasing conversion. At Amway, they held several senior global manager positions, overseeing areas such as digital channel strategy, experience design, sales and marketing solution development, and brand repositioning. JD also worked at Novartis as the Director of Drug Channel Sales, where they reengineered promotions, packaging, and pricing to achieve sales improvement and cost reduction. Additionally, they served as a Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé Nutrition North America and Amway earlier in their career.
JD Osman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1991. JD later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Grand Valley State University. JD furthered their education by completing a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communications at Western Michigan University.
