Maegan E Samuel, MPH, serves as the Manager of Membership Development at the National Hispanic Medical Association since May 2022, previously holding the role of Program Coordinator. Prior to this position, Maegan worked with the Fairfax County Health Department as the Vaccine Equity Clinic Lead with the High Risk Communities Task Force from July 2021 to April 2022 and as a Case Interviewer for the Institute for Public Health Innovation in early 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate in Prevention and Operations Associate at NASTAD from May 2016 to September 2020, and as a Unit Secretary at The George Washington University Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016. Maegan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Howard University. Education was completed at Parsippany High School with a diploma in 2009.
