Silvia Silva

Silvia Silva is a highly experienced executive and leadership coach, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Leadwell & Succeed Pty Ltd since September 2023 and as the Director HR Business Partner at the National Indigenous Australians Agency since June 2022. Silvia's career with the National Disability Insurance Agency includes multiple roles such as Assistant Director in HR Business Partnering, Design and Build, Project Manager, Participant Change Management, and Service Delivery, spanning from February 2014 to June 2022. Earlier roles also include Team Leader and Planner at the same agency, as well as positions as a Psychologist at the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion and the Department for Education, South Australia.
