Kurtis Trevan

VP, Minority Business Enterprise Growth, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at National Minority Supplier Development Council

Kurtis Trevan is the Vice President of Minority Business Enterprise Growth and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Kurtis is also a member of the Board of Directors and the compensation committee of Hall Research, and the Chairman of the Board of CSM Services. Kurtis was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Gun Lake Investments and Tribal Council Treasurer of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi.

Trevan has dedicated their career to empowering minority businesses and entrepreneurs. As CEO of Gun Lake Investments, they provided financing and support to Native American entrepreneurs in Michigan. As Treasurer of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi, they helped grow the tribe's economic development corporation and expand business opportunities for tribal members. In their current role at the National Minority Supplier Development Council, they are working to create more opportunities for minority-owned businesses to participate in the American economy.

Trevan is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Kurtis has also been honored with the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from the Legacy Trust GR and the New Community Transformation Fund.

Kurtis Trevan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Corporate Director Certifi from Harvard Business School Executive Education in the field of Corporate Governance. Kurtis also has a Governing Family Enterprises Executive Education from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a Family Enterprise Boards Executive Education from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Kurtis Trevan has a Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy Executive Education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, as well as a Master of Science - MS in Finance from Walsh College. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University.
