Norine Schwarzchild

Norine Schwarzchild is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the National Organization for Rare Disorders since December 2013. Prior to this role, Norine held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Institute of International Education from April 2008 to December 2013 and served as Human Resources Director at Comprehensive NeuroScience from June 2002 to April 2007. Educationally, Norine earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Manhattanville College between 2006 and 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Purchase College, SUNY, from 1994 to 1999.
