Rachel Hopkins has held various roles in marketing, communications, customer support, operations, policy, events, and promotions throughout their career. Rachel currently serves as Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications at the National Portrait Gallery. Prior to this, Rachel was a Customer Support Manager at Backpacker Deals Limited and an Operations Manager at Make It Productions. Rachel holds a Master of Tourism from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies, and a Diploma of Modern Languages in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Melbourne.
