Courtney Kissell

Courtney Kissell served as the Director of Programs & Strategic Initiatives at National PTA, where Courtney set vision and direction to develop, implement, and evaluate effective programmatic initiatives in various areas such as STEM, Literacy, Digital Wellness, Health & Safety, SEL, and Arts Education. Prior to this, Courtney worked as the Executive Director at The Reading Connection where Courtney provided vision and leadership for the organization in improving the lives of at-risk children and families through literacy-rich environments. Courtney also chaired Project Play, a community initiative focused on engaging stakeholders to raise awareness about the importance of play.
