Manuel Algora

Dr. Manuel Algora joined NRL from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Institute in 2020. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of blood-related disorders. His expertise includes transfusion, identification of unexpected alloantibodies, safe blood programs, rational uses of blood and blood products, as well as clinical care of patients with anemia, low platelet levels, hemostatic disorders and other coagulation problems. Dr. Algora received his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid Faculty of Medicine in Madrid, Spain. He completed his residency in Hematology and Hemotheraphy at the Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, also in Madrid.
