Jimmy Wagner is an experienced hospitality professional with extensive management and culinary skills. Currently serving as a Manager at REEF since December 2020, Jimmy oversees the day-to-day operations of five restaurants, achieving top ratings and sales while maintaining low defect rates. In addition to this role, Jimmy has been a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation since June 2017. As the Managing Owner of Custom Culinary CrEATions since July 2015, Jimmy combines entrepreneurial spirit with industry expertise. Previous experience includes positions as a Sautee Cook and Line Cook at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Snooze an A.M. Eatery, as well as foundational roles at National Hotel and Casino Services LLC. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Coahoma Community College.
