Mindy Larson Crystal

Mindy Larson Crystal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development, youth services, and education policy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Advancement at the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation since March 2021, Mindy has previously held significant roles, including Project Director for the Institute for Educational Leadership and Project Manager for the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth. Mindy's career spans various organizations, focusing on technical assistance, program evaluation, and policy analysis aimed at enhancing employment and education opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Mindy holds a Master of Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
