Jeffrey Clark has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and environmental protection. Jeffrey worked at the National Restaurant Association, where they held various roles including Expert Exchange Director for Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Nutrition, and Sustainability. Jeffrey also served as the Manager of Sustainability and Nutrition, Membership Engagement, and as the Conserve Program Director. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant to Conserve.

Jeffrey also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, where they taught a course on Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility in Supply Chain.

Earlier in their career, they worked at ICF International as a Sr. Associate, where they were responsible for sales and marketing tasks for the ENERGY STAR Commercial Food Service program. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn.
