Debra Ann Matthews, MA, JCTC has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Debra Ann has served as a Cohort of Twende Participant at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, where they provided support and connected with business professionals to enhance business plans and marketing strategies. Debra Ann has also worked as a ME-Preneur at Operation HOPE, offering financial coaching and networking opportunities. Additionally, Debra has contributed to Forbes as a member of the Coaches Council, publishing articles and collaborating with colleagues to share information. Debra Ann has also contributed to the book "Modernize Your Job Search Letters, Get Noticed Get Hired" as a book contributor. Debra Ann Matthews, MA, JCTC, has a diverse education history. Debra Ann completed their BA in Speech Communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1987 to 1993. As for their postgraduate education, Debra obtained a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Austin Peay State University. Debra Ann also participated in the Career Thought Leaders Conference & Symposium in 2012, focused on Resume Writing. Additionally, they enrolled in the Certified Advanced Resume Writer program at Career Directors International from 2014 to 2015, with an expected graduation date of January 2016. Debra has obtained various certifications, including Job and Career Development Coach and Job and Career Transition Coach from the Career Development Network.
