TIP Emerging Technologies at National Science Foundation

Kerri Dugan currently serves in the TIP Emerging Technologies position at the National Science Foundation (NSF), starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Kerri Dugan held multiple key positions at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from August 2019 to July 2024, including Special Assistant to the Director, Director of the Biological Technologies Office, and Deputy Director of the Biological Technologies Office. Kerri Dugan's earlier experience includes research roles at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from March 2007 to August 2019 and work in Counterterrorism and Forensic Science Research at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from March 2000 to February 2007. Academically, Kerri Dugan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, alongside a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Chemistry from William & Mary.
