Wendy Graham currently serves as the Director of the Division of Research, Innovation, Synergies and Education in the Geosciences Directorate at the National Science Foundation since October 2023. Graham's extensive academic career includes a longstanding position as a Professor at the University of Florida's Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, alongside roles as Professor and Chair, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. From May 2006 to October 2023, Graham held the Carl S. Swisher Chair in Water Resources and directed the UF Water Institute. Additionally, a prior role as Program Officer in Hydrologic Sciences at the National Science Foundation was held from August 2015 to December 2016. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Florida.
