Stacey Ober

Stacey Ober has extensive experience in marketing, outreach, and public relations. Stacey has worked for the National Society of Professional Engineers in various roles, including Director of Marketing and Outreach, Senior Manager of Public Relations & Outreach, Senior Manager of Public Relations, and Public Relations Manager. During their time at NSPE, Stacey has been responsible for managing the organization's branding and messaging, expanding its social media presence, and creating innovative communication tools to engage with members. Before joining NSPE, Stacey worked as the Marketing & Media Relations Manager at Dunlavey & Company Communications, where they led a team and developed marketing and media relations plans for clients. Stacey also worked as the Marketing and Media Relations Manager at Hawk's Cay Resort, where they achieved significant story placements in top media outlets. Starting their career in politics, Stacey served as a Legislative Assistant in the Florida House of Representatives and managed press events and public appearances. Stacey gained early experience in marketing and public relations through internships at Capital Regional Medical Center and the Florida League of Conservation Voters.

Stacey Ober earned their Bachelor's degree in Communications/PR from Florida State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication/PR at the University of Florida from 1997 to 1999.
