Mark McGuinness holds an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at the National University of Ireland, Galway since March 2014, Mark has also held roles as Recruitment Office Team Lead and Human Resources Team Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at B&Q, Human Resources Advisor and Customer Service Advisor at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and Operator at Celestica. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Galway and a BA in Personnel Management from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, along with another BA in Business Marketing from the same institution.
