Mothepa Ndumo

Mothepa Ndumo is a Lecturer of Law at the National University of Lesotho and the Founder & CEO of Tataiso Afrika t/a Higher Self. They have experience in conducting interviews on socio-economic policy issues, writing columns on socio-economic commentary, and leading mentorship programs for young professionals. Mothepa also has a background in labour law and has facilitated workshops on negotiation techniques and social dialogue. Their educational background includes degrees in Industrial Sociology, Labour Law, and certifications in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming.
