Joe WS R. has extensive experience in mentorship and advisory roles across various companies and educational institutions. Currently working as a Mentor at FingerDance Pte Ltd and as an Advisor at MadCash Sdn Bhd, Joe focuses on empowering teams and promoting inclusivity for the hearing-loss community and women micro-entrepreneurs. Joe serves as Ambassador-at-Large for NUS Enterprise, providing support to the global startup community, and has held multiple positions at the National University of Singapore, including Executive Advisor/Mentor-in-Residence. Additional contributions include mentoring at the Founder Institute, consulting for KAUST Innovation Ventures, and working with organizations such as Auckland Unlimited, SGInnovate, and Kickstart Ventures. Joe's career is backed by an MBA and Bachelor's Degree from Queen's University with a concentration in marketing, corporate finance, and international business.
