Lynn Law has extensive work experience in corporate development and fundraising. Lynn started their career in 1996 at New York Presbyterian Hospital as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, where they managed the corporate and foundation component of a capital campaign. In 1998, they joined the New York Public Library as the Director of Corporate Relations, providing strategic direction for the annual fund campaign and securing corporate sponsorships. In 1999, they moved to the National Urban League as the Vice President of Corporate Development, where they established strategic corporate partnerships and executed successful special events. Lynn later served as the Interim Senior Vice President of Development, managing a department budget and staff. Overall, Lynn Law has a strong track record of cultivating business relationships and driving revenue growth.

Lynn Law obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Vermont, which they pursued from 1972 to 1976. In 2012, they enrolled in Georgetown University, where they completed a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate program, focusing on the field of Nonprofit Management.
