Matt McCandless

Matt McCandless has extensive work experience in the eyewear industry. Matt has been with National Vision Inc. since 2011, starting as a Regional Vice President and currently serving as a Division Vice President. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple locations across different geographic areas.

Prior to National Vision Inc., Matt worked at LensCrafters (Luxottica Retail) for over two decades. Matt held various positions, including Regional Director of Operations, Director of Quality Assurance, and Director of Eye Care. In these roles, they had overall responsibility for store operations, provided leadership in lab operations, and managed professional services for the company's optometry offices.
