Katie Sandson

Katie Sandson is a legal professional specializing in education and workplace justice, currently serving as Senior Counsel at the National Women's Law Center since June 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held several positions, including Program Director of the Racial Redress and Reparations Lab at the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project from September 2019 to June 2023, and served as a Clinical Fellow at the Harvard Law School Food Law and Policy Clinic from August 2017 to August 2019. Katie's early legal experience includes internships at the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, Mayer Brown, and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Katie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
