Jim Christel

Jim Christel, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles within the payroll, human resources, and financial sectors. Jim is currently serving as the Director of Payroll and Benefits at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP). Prior to this, Jim worked as the Payroll and Human Resources Information Systems Manager at Heritage Cooperative. Jim also served as the Financial Secretary at the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Member. Jim's earlier experience includes roles at Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc., where they worked as the Human Resources Assistant Manager, Human Resources Staffing Coordinator, and Human Resources Technical Recruiter. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target. Jim's work experience showcases their expertise in payroll, human resources, and financial management.

Jim Christel, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University in 2012.
